ClassForward connects qualified candidates with private Clients in Thailand who are seeking structured English language interaction through conversation, play-based learning, and guided academic support.
This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working closely with learners in a professional, respectful, and clearly defined environment — without the instability or confusion often associated with informal placements.
An English Language Facilitator supports English development through natural communication, guided activities, and positive interaction.
This role is not classroom teaching, and it is not domestic work.
Facilitators work in private or small-group settings and focus on:
Conversational English development
Language exposure through play, discussion, and activities
Academic encouragement and homework support (educational only)
Positive social and emotional engagement
There are no household duties such as cleaning, cooking, or general childcare unrelated to language interaction.
This role is suitable for candidates who:
Are confident communicating in English
Enjoy working one-to-one or in small groups
Can maintain professional boundaries
Are reliable, consistent, and mature
Are comfortable working in private or semi-private environments
You do not need to be a licensed teacher. However, professionalism, communication ability, and role understanding are essential.
Placements are structured but flexible, with schedules agreed directly between the Facilitator and the Client within defined parameters.
Typical structure includes:
5 or 6 working days per week
A minimum weekly workload commitment
Consistent scheduling once agreed
Exact days and hours vary depending on Client needs and Facilitator availability.
Monthly compensation varies based on:
Experience and background
Availability and workload
Placement requirements
There are:
No upfront fees
No placement fees charged to candidates
All placements must comply with Thai law.
Facilitators are required to:
Work only under lawful arrangements
Complete any required documentation as instructed
Respect all applicable regulations
ClassForward does not place candidates into informal or non-compliant roles.
To maintain quality and protect both candidates and Clients, all applicants go through a structured screening process that includes:
Document review
Experience and suitability assessment
Role scope acknowledgment
Communication evaluation
Only candidates who meet our standards and current placement needs will be contacted.
ClassForward is not a mass-placement agency.
We focus on:
Clear role definitions

Long-term suitability rather than short-term filling
Ethical, lawful placements
Our process is intentionally selective to ensure positive outcomes for everyone involved.
Interested candidates must complete the official application form and submit all required materials, including:
CV with photo

Incomplete or informal applications cannot be considered.
