ClassForward connects qualified foreign teachers with government, private, and international schools across Thailand, with a strong focus on the North East region. Schools hire teachers directly under the school’s contract, and ClassForward supports you through recruitment, arrival, and your first year on the job.
We were created as an alternative to “send-and-forget” agencies. Our approach is selective, transparent, and built by educators who understand real classrooms.
We recruit full-time roles based on partner school needs, including:
Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary teaching roles
Homeroom, subject teaching, and English programme positions (varies by school)
Placements in Thai government schools, private schools, and international schools
Availability depends on school demand, your qualifications, and your teaching profile.
North East Thailand offers a lifestyle many teachers prefer long-term:
Lower cost of living than major tourist cities
Friendly, community-based culture
Less congestion and a calmer daily routine
Easier saving potential compared to high-expense locations
Access to local travel, food culture, and authentic Thailand
If you want a stable teaching experience rather than a tourist lifestyle, the North East is often the best fit.
