Research Indigenous Art
Find examples of North American Indigenous artwork created by North or South American Indigenous artists.
Artwork may include paintings, carvings, beadwork, weaving, sculpture, prints, or other traditional or contemporary forms.
Select Images
Choose 8–12 images of Indigenous artwork to include in your collage.
Must show a variety of art styles (paintings, sculptures, totems, etc.).
Create Your Collage
Use a digital tool such as:
Canva
Befunky
Adobe
Or any collage maker you prefer
Arrange the images into a single collage layout.
Make sure the images are clearly visible and well organized.
Export the Collage
Download your collage as an image and upload it to your website. Make it big
Label the art
The name of the art piece and the artist must be listed for each piece included in your collage (either in the collage or on your website)
Your collage must:
Include 8–12 images
Contain only North or South American Indigenous artwork
Must have at least 3 different styles of art
All art must be labeled correctly
