Performance Coaching sessions are for high-level performers of any age and their families. This includes the high-level performer, their supporting parent, sibling, or anyone in their support system. My coaching is not related to their specific skill set (theater, sport, AP classes, etc...) and instead focuses on mental health, goal setting, and time management coaching.
Coaching the Performer focuses on:
Supporting mental habits that align with peak physical performance
Reviewing current lifestyle patterns to identify opportunities for change
Clarifying personal values and long-term goals
Identifying motivation that supports sustainable behavior change
Building clarity, consistency, and follow-through with collaborative guidance
Coaching the Support System focuses on:
Supporting mental habits that align with supporting your performer while maintaining your own wellness
Reviewing current support patterns to identify opportunities for change
Clarifying personal values
Identify personal goals for you and your goals for your performer
Building confidence in abilities to support, consistency in actions, and follow-through with collaborative guidance
Personal Coaching sessions are for any individual who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. These sessions focus on helping you regain clarity, reduce overwhelm, and build practical, values-driven routines that support your well-being and daily functioning.
Personal coaching focuses on:
Clarifying personal values and priorities
Identifying sources of overwhelm and stress
Examining daily routines, expectations, and competing demands
Developing realistic, sustainable habits and reduce decision fatigue
Strengthening self-management, building flexibility, self-compassion, and psychological resilience
Coaching session are offered with flexible scheduling. The flexibility in scheduling is my intentional choice. As the client, I want you to choose to continue sessions with me instead of feeling locked into any long-term commitment by requiring you purchase months long packages. You can choose whatever option you feel best fits your needs, goals, and capacity, with the freedom to adjust as needed. It is my ultimate goal not to coach you forever, but to teach you strategies that you can use on your own to manage stress, support your family, and remain happy and content.

After the initial complimentary 30 minute session we will discuss which option would be best for you.
A contract and consent for treatment will be provided prior to your first session outlining all expectations, treatment and monetary, for you as well as for me as your coach. This will need to be signed prior to beginning service.
