BCBA Supervision is completed remotely and designed to support ethical, competent, and confident clinical practice for the supervisee.
All supervision is individualized, goal-based, and fully aligned with current BACB requirements. I provide supervision that focuses on taking a strong academic understanding of each TCO area and deomonstrating the ability to apply all concepts to your workplace setting.
If interested and available, group supervision may be provided. This is not required and may not always be available depending on current enrolled supervisees.
Supervisees are Expected to:
Have a worksite where ABA startegies can be applied WITH permission from the worksite to complete your hours with a remote supervisor
Provide consent forms for at least 3 clients giving permission to be recorded and observed by the remote supervisor
Come to supervision sessions with an open mind and prepared to work on skill development, clinical reasoning, and real-world decision-making
Apply feedback within your program at your worksite
Maintain ethical practices throughout supervision services
What Supervisees Can Expect from me:
BACB-compliant individual and group supervision hours delivered remotely
A structured supervision plan tailored to your professional goals
Emphasis on ethical decision-making, critical thinking, and clinical judgment
Meaningful feedback you can apply immediately in your worksite
Support with assessments, treatment planning, data analysis, and supervision skills
Guidance in developing professional confidence and readiness for independent practice
A learning-based environment that encourages questions
What is NOT required:
Supervisees DO NOT have to be an RBT
Supervisees DO NOT have to be working within the realm of education or typically ABA therapy in clinic or home setting
My remote supervision model is collaborative, structured, and flexible. This allows for supervisees to grow professionally while still balancing work and life. Communication is key to support any flexibility. Supervisees are expected to set their schedule for the month and do their best to stick to the schedule. While flexibility is something I value, respecting other's time is another of my personal values. Communication is key and on time attendance is expected if there is no communication regarding meetings at least 24 hours before the session.
