Research conducted under CJCARE adheres to the intellectual property policies of its affiliated institutions, ensuring full compliance with guidelines governing the ownership and dissemination of research findings. Authorship of published works will transparently reflect the contributions of all collaborators, adhering to institutional and disciplinary standards. All publications will prominently acknowledge CJCARE affiliation using the following format: (Name), (Academic Rank/Department), Researcher, Criminal Justice Centre for Advocacy, Research, and Education (CJCARE), [Affiliated Institution(s)]. This acknowledgment applies to individual discipline-specific or independent research claimed as CJCARE work. Researchers are also responsible for ensuring the appropriate and ethical use of the CJCARE logo and branding in all related outputs.
