Organization and Administration of Recreation and Sports Management:
The ability to learn the background of fundamental principles and procedures of management is important as I have to use management skills in the current internship I am in. Knowing policies along with resolving conflicts while working in a group setting. This course provided me with excellent problem solving skills that have let me make clearer decisions on the fly.
Survey of Human Resource Management:
Being able to learn how different individuals operate within performance management and how to approach each type of employee. knowing different training and development methods to help others and become more well rounded.
