We are a Five-Star Chapter. The Beta Nu Eta Chapter has been recognized as the one of the Top 100 Chapters out of the 1250 Phi Theta Kappa Chapters. Our 2019-2020 Honors in Action Project received an 80/100 point grade. Among our graduating classes, our members have reached great success on their academic journeys. Although, we accredit their success to their hard work, we are nonetheless proud that they were a valuable part of our chapter.
PTK is an organization which focuses on nurturing and growing leaders through various projects and activities, among which are the Honors in Action, or HIA, Project, where students research a topic and act upon that research which benefits their communities, and the College Project, where students work with administrators to improve various aspects of the school. PTK also offers leadership positions at regional and international levels and various scholarships to reward excellence and ambition amongst their members. Through community service and fellowship, students become more involved with their communities and grow as members of society.
Beta Nu Eta is dedicated to allowing opportunities of growth, learning, and success for our members. We are supportive of our collaborative research, which has been recognized and graded highly by the Hallmark judges of Phi Theta Kappa. Our chapter promotes a positive and friendly environment for students, and we hope that our actions are able to help our entire campus community.
