In Unit 1, I completed several SIMPath activities that focused on technology and the internet. These activities covered topics such as generative AI, computer hardware, networking, the web, the cloud, and internet browsers. I also completed the Digital Footprint Exploration activity, where I searched for information about myself online and examined my digital presence.  Including this eportfolio set up I'm doing.

From the SIMPath activities, I learned how computer hardware and networks work together, how the internet and cloud services store and share information, and how web browsers help users access online content. From the Digital Footprint Exploration activity, I learned the importance of being aware of the information that appears about me online. During the ePortfolio setup process, I learned how to organize my work and reflect on what I have learned throughout the course, which will help me track my progress over time.
