With a respected USA Hockey Level 4 certification, he officiated with precision and integrity across various levels, from USA Hockey Youth to adult, high school, and college club leagues, serving as both a referee and linesman.
His expertise extended to officiating in prestigious leagues such as the American Hockey League, International Hockey League, and ECHL, where he served as a linesman and referee.
Mark's impact on officiating extended beyond the ice, as he served as the Original USA Hockey Officiating Program Director from 1982 to 1994, shaping the development of officials nationwide. He also held significant roles as the NHL Supervisor of Officials and IIHF Supervisor of Officials in 1987-1988, further influencing officiating standards at the highest levels of the sport.
His dedication to the sport was recognized through the creation of the Mark Rudolph Award in 2014, awarded annually to the top NCHC Official who also gives back to the community off the ice. Additionally, Mark's contributions to hockey were honored with inductions into the Maryvale High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2020 and the Buffalo Regals Hockey Organization Hall of Fame in 1994.
Beyond hockey, Mark's leadership extended to other sports, serving as the Senior Director of USA Hockey In-Line from 1994 to 1998 and as CEO of USA Rugby from 1999 to 2001.

His expertise extended to officiating at prestigious events such as the USA Hockey Nationals for Girls U19. Graig also played crucial roles within the hockey community, serving as a CIHRA Board Member under the leadership of Ken Taggart and Oliver 'Butch' Mousseau, as well as participating in the Disciplinary Committee and serving as a Hall of Fame Board Member.
Graig's commitment to the development of officials was evident through his role as a USA Hockey Seminar Instructor, where he shared his knowledge and experience with aspiring officials. He also contributed to the organization of hockey events as the scheduler for Hyland Hills and Silver Stick Tournaments, even helping to bring Silver Stick Tournaments to Hyland Hills.
Furthermore, Graig was instrumental in starting and organizing the ID Program alongside Butch Mousseau, Friesma, and Bob Keltie in 2005/2006, further enhancing the development of young hockey players.
His involvement in the hockey community extended to serving as a CHL Off-Ice Official for Denver Cutthroats Home Games, further showcasing his dedication to the sport.

With a respected USA Hockey Level 4 certification, he officiated with precision and integrity across various levels, from USA Hockey Youth to adult, high school, CAHA Juniors, and college club leagues, serving as both a referee and linesman.
His commitment to the development of officials was evident through his role as a USA Hockey Seminar Instructor and Mentor, where he shared his knowledge and experience with aspiring officials, leaving an indelible mark on the next generation of referees and linesmen.
Beyond the rink, Donnie was known as an incredible man with a true spirit of adventure. He enjoyed activities such as bike riding, skydiving, and any pursuit that pushed him to his limits. He approached life with enthusiasm and dedication, giving his all to everything he pursued. With his wife Jana Graham, he raised two sons, Dustin and Tanner, instilling in them a strong work ethic, sense of humor, and a passion to chase their dreams.
Donnie's calm demeanor and infectious smile had a way of bringing out the best in people, leaving behind countless cherished memories and shared experiences. His favorite piece of advice for new officials, "never hesitate, anticipate," exemplified his approach to life, as he lived each day to the fullest.
In addition to his contributions to hockey, Donnie served as the Vice President of CIHRA (Colorado Ice Hockey Referees Association) and worked as a Goal Judge for D.U. Hockey Home Games. His service to his country was also honored, having bravely served as a Navy veteran.

Larry embarked on his officiating journey in 1990, dedicating 10 years to the sport. With a USA Hockey Level 3 certification, he officiated with precision and integrity across various levels, from USA Hockey Youth to adult and high school leagues, serving as both a referee and linesman.
His commitment to the development of officials was evident through his role as a USA Hockey Seminar Instructor and Evaluator. Lar's dedication was exceptional, as he completed more evaluations in one year than the entire western region, showcasing his passion for enhancing the quality of officiating.
Larry's contributions extended beyond officiating hockey. He played a pivotal role in the Silver Stick Hockey Tournament, being inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame and listed as an International Director. He also umpired softball and baseball and coached youth baseball, leaving a lasting impact on young athletes in multiple sports.
Additionally, Lar was deeply involved in the Cherokee Nation Tribe, serving as an At-Large Board member and Secretary. He worked tirelessly to secure scholarships for Cherokee teenagers who did not reside on the reservation, demonstrating his commitment to education and opportunity for his community.
Larry's dedication to hockey and his community was further highlighted by his efforts in bringing the Silver Stick to Hyland Hills in 1992. He served as Director until 1998 and later became the International Director for the Silver Sticks Tournament, further solidifying his legacy in the sport.
