Out of Character Announcements

@here Hi everyone! Some announcements were made at game, and I know some of you had to leave early for one reason or another. So, here they are! 

First - New ASTs: 

Ian, the player of Philbert has stepped up! 

Tania has taken on the mantel! This means she has stepped down as our Player Rep. 

Alex R. is staying on as an AST!

And while neither are official ASTs, both Kat Donovan, and Ged are Discord mods for the moment. Helping to get that beast of a server under control! 

Second: Game, next month! 

Due to our new site not responding in time, we are once again going to be using Unity Church next month! I'm still trying to get in contact with the new site so we can move there, the Holidays are busy, and I don't expect we'll hear from them till sometime next month. 

However, due to Blood & Ice, we voted at the end of game to hold our Live session on the 31st! As Blood & Ice will be happening during our normal weekend! 

Third: Player Rep Vote!

As mentioned above, Tania has stepped down from being our Player Rep! This means that we need to hold a vote for a replacement! A few individuals have stepped up, and I'll be putting together something so we can vote amongst the candidates soon!

Rules on XP

Due to COVID there has been a lot of softness in how XP has been given out.

Starting in September, if you attend and participate in CiD Discord, CiD live game or CiD down time scenes via email/discord, you will get full XP for the month on that PC. (So, yes you could have one PC that shows up in Discord and another that hangs out in live game and earn on both! ). If you don't participate in any CiD stuff, you don't get XP for the month.

Active Player

One of the things we would like to revisit during Roundtable is what is defined as "Active Player". The current official rules would require three game sign in's with a CiD PC every 90 days. When we met weekly, that was roughly 1/4 of the games, now its 1/2 of the games. We can leave it as it is, or we could modify it to fit with the new reality (1 game every 90 days). Either way, this will be important to settle going forward. We want to make changes this year, we want discussion and voting on those and there is upcoming retention votes on HST (that bastard).
