Selected to serve as President by outgoing President Tanner Ozdoba, and confirmed by the club membership, Olivia is dedicated to continuing to grow Cougar YAG. She attended the 2025 Lobo MUN conference where she (alongside Then Secretary-General Ozdoba) won an honorable mention for best delegate on their committee! She also attended the 2025 NMYAG State Conference where she stood as an unsuccessful candidate for Speaker of the House. She will also be attending the 2025 Conference On National Affairs as a debate delegate alongside outgoing President Ozdoba.
For 2025, President Villarreal served as Cibola YAG's Vice President, then an appointed position as well as an elected member of the Cibola Youth & Gov. Executive Council. For 2026, she plans to serve as our CLC rep and will apply for an appointed officer position!

Currently in her second year with Cougar YAG, Mrs. Petersen is Cibola's AP Government teacher and severs as our primary sponsor of the Legislative branch. She helped fmr. President Tanner Ozdoba found Cibola Model UN and continues to serve as our Primary Model UN sponsor!

Tanner served as President from 2024-2025, and was given the title President Emeritus by popular referendum in April 2025. In this role he will retain the job of Webmaster and will assist in conference prep, recruitment and logistics.

Currently in her second year with Cougar YAG, Mrs. McMath is a History and Law Teacher at Cibola and serves as our Judicial Brach Advisor. She helps us prepare our judicial delegates and recruit delegates who are well suited for conference.
