I am honored to serve as the Parliamentarian of the House for the USCC Committee at CIAMUN. I am committed to upholding parliamentary procedure while fostering a fair, inclusive, and well-structured committee environment. I support delegates in engaging confidently in debate, asking procedural questions, and contributing thoughtfully to discussions. Throughout the conference, I work to maintain respectful dialogue and smooth committee flow, ensuring that all voices are heard. I also take pride in guiding delegates through parliamentary procedures and supporting constructive discussions, so that everyone can participate confidently and debates run smoothly.

Greetings Delegates,
Welcome to the United States Congressional Committee. My name is Kimnai, and I am currently a junior at CIA First International School. I am truly honored and excited to serve as your Chair at this year’s CIAMUN.
Although this marks my first chairing experience, my years of participation in MUN conferences from freshman to junior year have equipped me with the skills and experience necessary for this role.
