UNITED NATIONS OFFICE FOR OUTER SPACE AFFAIRS

Greetings delegates!

My name is Leangchinh Dom (LC), it is a pleasure to be in attendance of CIAMUN'26 and honored to serve as your Head Chair for the most beyond and intriguing committee, which is the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs committee. 

This is going to be my 19th conference and 7th time as a chair, I had the passion for astronomy and celestial objects for 7 years now, so I hope this committee will be special for you as it does for me.

In the duration of 2 days, we will be writing and debating about the pressing space issues such as the question of preventing the militarization of space and the question of regulating commercial activities in space, I hope each and every delegate reaches their maximal potential talking about these issues at hand.
