Regular Season Schedule

October 21 - Assessment in Salem

You can sign up to help here. We need the same level of parent help as at a competition. You can drive yourself and just help with the equipment for the performance and leave right after if that works with your schedule. Here are the details:

The trailer driver (1) will need to be at the school by 8:30am and have the trailer at the Band Room ready to load by 9am. They will be with the band all day and done with trailer parked by about 3:45pm.

The star transport (1-2 vehicles) will need to be at the Band Room by 9:30am. They will be with the band all day and done by about 3:30pm

Pit Crew (8) - If you’re able to spare the time, here’s what it will look like:

• 11:30am - be at the CHS trailer parked at the Salem Stadium, help unload trailer and set up audio equipment

• 12:00pm - get equipment to field and set up for performance

• 12:30pm - performance

• 12:45pm - get equipment off the field and back to the trailer

• 1:00pm - load trailer

• 1:30pm - you’re done and can leave

October 23 - Home football game (Senior Night)

MEAL - Boosters feed the band. We will be doing a taco night. Sign up here to help with food and/or serving/clean up.

GAME - Performance at half time. Check out the signup to see how you can help.

October 24 - William Byrd competition

We perform at 6:15pm. Please sign up to help where you can.

Remember! You can meet us there and help with the performance.

October 31 - George Wythe competition rescheduled

The schedule for the day has been moved up much earlier. We scrapped the last sign up and started over. So please check the current sign up and see if you can help.
