Fundraiser update

As I’m sure many of you have noticed, candy sales are VERY slow. It is just not selling. We think the downturn is due to the price increase from $1 per bar to $2 per bar. We had ordered 200 boxes and in the past, have never had any trouble selling that but this time, we couldn’t even give out 100 boxes.

So, we have made the decision to cut our losses and send back 100+ boxes (exact number TBD). There is a fee for returning the boxes, and it means that we earn 40% profit on each box but overall, this is the best choice. So once we know how many boxes will be returned and the fee we will be charged, we will let everyone know how much each student will get credited to their student account.
