During Pre-camp, Boosters provides fruit for the band. We need your help! If everyone can contribute something during the week, that would be great! On your day, just send your donation with your student at drop off.
Band Camp needs you! During Band Camp, we need parent support for these tasks Monday-Friday that week:
Morning Outside Field Assistant - Assist with set up and take down of tents and stands. Pass out fruit. Assist band as needed during practice session.
Afternoon Inside Session Supervision - Sit with a section during afternoon indoor practices (Winds, Pit, Drum line, or Color guard) to make sure the students stay in our designated areas of the school.
Dinner Service and Clean up - Set up and serve dinner, clean up the cafeteria after dinner.
Trailer Driver for Evening Practice - Bring the pit trailer to the pit loading area, help the students load the trailer, and drive the equipment over the practice field. Drive the equipment back to the loading area when practice is done, help the students unload, park the trailer in the CMS lot for the night.
Evening Outside Field Assistant - Assist with set up and take down of tents and stands. Pass out fruit. Assist band as needed during practice session. Note that many parents, former students, and general visitors attend the evening practices. While there are several people around, we would like at least 2 who are dedicated volunteers for each evening practice.
