Highlights of the course
This course is asynchronous/self-directed.
Students will access content for this course through FCPS Schoology.
Students will read through 14 modules and will be required to complete all 140 exit tickets, 14 module tests, a midterm exam, and a final exam.
Students may only take this course as "Pass/Fail."
Students will have a facilitator to monitor their progress, but no direct teacher support.

Students should speak with their school counselor to ensure their selected course aligns with their four-year plan/graduation requirements.
Please chat with your counselor if you would like to take a summer course for advancement. Students must register for the summer school course before a change can be made to their course requests. Students should register for a summer school class no later than Friday, March 6, 2026, to guarantee a change.
After you register for the summer course, email your counselor directly with the course you wish to take in its place for the 2026-27school year.
Students enrolled in Fairfax County Public Schools are expected to earn credits from FCPS programs. In some cases, students may get permission to earn high school credits through other programs.
Students MUST get permission from Chantilly High School prior to enrolling in a course outside of FCPS if they wish to receive high school credit.

The Credit Recovery Academy provides an opportunity for students to recover high school course credit. Students will attend class in person. Transportation information will be communicated to families prior to the start of the program.
