Course Selection for the 2024-2025 School Year
Friday, March 8, 2024, is the deadline for course request changes. No changes will be considered after the deadline.
CHS Counselors will meet with students via their English class on the following dates for Academic Advising meetings:
Rising 12th Grade Students (Class of 2025): Friday, January 11- Monday, January 29, 2024
Rising 11th Grade Students (Class of 2026): Tuesday, January 30 - Wednesday, February 14, 2024
Rising 10th Grade Students (Class of 2027): Thursday, February 15 - Friday, March 1, 2024

* If you do not have an English course this year or take the class with Online Campus - your counselor will email you to schedule a day/time to meet for advising.

Franklin Middle School: Friday, January 5, 2024
Rocky Run Middle School: Monday, January 8, 2024
Rachel Carson Middle School: Tuesday, January 9, 2024

Academic Advising Schedule for CHS Students
Students who are not taking an English course at CHS this year will be contacted directly by their school counselor to schedule a time for Advising.
Academic Advising Overview Video
Students will view the Academic Advising Overview video during Charger Connect on Monday, January 8, 2024.
Rising 12th Grade Students (Class of 2025) course requests are due in StudentVUE on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
Rising 11th Grade Students (Class of 2026) course requests are due in StudentVUE on Monday, January 29, 2024.
Rising 10th Grade Students (Class of 2027): course requests are due in StudentVUE on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
