For this group project, my team was tasked with creating a hypothetical new product or service to bring to market by a major publicly-listed company over an 8-week period.Â
We conducted research and analyzed current and projected market trends among the board game, puzzle, and card game industry to determine long-term profitability. Through the synthesized information, we implemented strategic segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP) in order to cater to most profitable market segment for product-service.
Ultimately, we determined optimal tactical decisions for investment pitch through product or service features, branding decisions, pricing strategies, distribution techniques, and promotional activities.
