Winchester Group
The Winchester Group Study Group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from September until June. For more information please contact the church office.
DORCAS
Dorcas was started about 1979. It is not a church organization and everyone is welcome. Doris Cardwell was the lady who decided to begin it as she saw a need for an informal afternoon. She hosted for many years with refreshments such as tea and cookies. People brought their knitting
and sewing, hence the name Dorcas. (Acts 9: 36 – 43). There are no officers and birthdays are celebrated once a month. Everyone seems to enjoy this informal afternoon which is held every
Tuesday between 2 and 5pm at Legionwood Apt. The next meeting will be on March 7, at 2pm.
