Monthly Review (intensive/OMG)
The Innovation Coaching Programme includes 3 intensive monthly review sessions to ensure that momentum is maintained. These are used to :-
- Review progress
- Adjust the plan
- Innovate alternative plan B's as necessary
- Set the next month's plan
- Decide on new training needs
- Explore new connections and collaborations
Online / Offline Mentoring Groups
As a member of Link4Business if your project is business related you are able to participate in the Mentoring Groups as part of your subscription. This is a very important ongoing support system for the project. Taking you on at least another 6 months. So 10 months into the innovation coaching programme.
These mentoring groups provide a monthly 3 hour event where 6 business owners come together to help each other resolve challenges and share their collective, knowledge, experience, expertise and connections. This provides access to a diverse range of alternative perceptions which can be invaluable.
Mentoring groups also provide additional networking opportunities, helps to develop deep relationships and of course; accountability. All designed to help ensure that you keep moving forward.
