Every learner is entitled to a free appropriate public education that is centered around their own desire for personal growth. Educational experiences should be learner-centered and designed to grow the skills of every individual. Selecting strategies supported by instructional tools which meet the needs of those with disabilities and then applying those same techniques to all learners has continued to be a proven approach for designing educational practices.
