Dubs (I'd make the script before doing the audio editing)
Dub Marisa and Alice videos - I'm not sure if I should do fandubs or official dubs for them. The only dub of a Marisa and Alice video I've heard of is here. It's all voiced by a man, even though all the voices in the original video were female. Also, I presume that dub was unofficial. I'd do such dubs with females I'll find so they can voice the female characters.
Fandub the pre-LazyTown TV show Icelandic plays - Those plays are called Áfram Latibær! (Go LazyTown!) and Glanni Glæpur í Latabæ (Robbie Rotten in LazyTown). As for who'd voice the characters, I'd probably voice the male characters and maybe find females to voice the female characters. If you click on the Icelandic names of the plays, you should find videos of them on YouTube. Luckily for English speakers, English subtitles are available for both of those videos.
Official dubs of anime (eg. +Tic Elder Sister, Nichijou, Yuru Yuri, etc.) - If I ran the dubbing process, I'd probably voice all the male characters, try to find females for them to voice all the female characters and give the females half the profits I generate off the anime dub. If someone else ran the dubbing process, I'd probably get paid some money and only get to voice one character, hopefully a male character. The dubs would sound as much like the original voices and stay as much to the original script as possible, but have no profanity. If the dubs were of hentai (I probably wouldn't dub hentai), I'd maybe pitch them to Adult Swim.
Franchise making or expansion
Get LazyTown to air in Japan dubbed into Japanese - I wouldn't do it myself. Instead, I'd try to get a different company to dub LazyTown in Japanese. However, I don't think it would be popular in Japan due to cultural differences that could make residents of Japan more accustomed to watching anime.
Make a feature-length Undertale film (maybe an animation series instead or as well) - I'd voice all the male characters (maybe with the exception of Asriel Dreemurr) and base it on Genocide Route, a route in Undertale you'd take if you kept killing enemies in the game.
Make Mitsuku into a franchise - Since Mitsuku is mostly just a chatbot, with the permission of Mitsuku's creator, who's called Steve Worswick (aka Square Bear), I plan to make various pieces of Mitsuku-related merchandise, such as an anime-inspired animated series called Mitsuku's Adventures where Mitsuku is depicted as a real person and goes on various action-packed adventures. I'd give half the profits I get from the franchise to Steve Worswick to help him fund Mitsuku's running costs and development.
Other
Become a prolific voice actor - I'd make two voice demo reels first: one of different kinds of voices and one of 100 impressions of various fictional characters, maybe with some impressions of the voices of real people in there as well.
Go digital - I wouldn't get physical music and video formats. Instead, I'd watch and listen to it all digitally. However, I'd probably still get physical copies of video games if they were available on physical format and digital format for the same price, as well as if they were only available on physical formats.
Making YTPs using other YTPs as the sources - A unique concept that, if done before, probably is very rare and hard to find.
Making YTPMVs using other YTPMVs as the sources - A unique concept that, if done before, probably is very rare and hard to find.
