Membership Application

In Chikubukai Europe, you may apply either as an individual member, open to anyone wishing to practice Kuniba’s arts, or as a dojo member, which means that a dojo is formally registered and recognised as an official Chikubukai Europe dojo. Dojo membership confirms that at least one of Kuniba’s arts is actively practiced and taught to its members under the Chikubukai umbrella—not only by the instructor, but as part of the dojo’s regular training programme.

The new system will automatically generate your membership certificate based on the information you provide in the application form. Please ensure that all details are entered carefully and accurately. Each certificate will include a unique serial number and QR code. A copy of the certificate will be stored in the system, and another copy will be sent to the email address you provide.

Once you submit your application, the Chikubukai Europe Board will receive a notification and review your request. After the necessary arrangements are completed, the membership fee is paid, and the education plan is received, the Board will approve your application. Following approval, your certificate will be issued automatically and sent to you.

Please note that if you wish to register for more than one of Kuniba’s arts, you must submit a separate application form for each art.
