Throughout my high school Media Journey, being apart of Mtv, Pony Express and yearbook has given me the divine opportunity to be right there on the sideline. Not just to witness the moments but to capture it as well, on camera for others to enjoy in years to come.Â
Whether it was spirit days, game days, college athletic signings or various class events; I've learned that photography is all about that ACTION! What is it that the people would like to remember about said event? Above and below are some of my favorite personal captures.
Photos are generally taken to document history, tell important stories, express creativity, or simply to freeze a moment in time. While capturing these moments, you want to take several things into consideration such as lighting and facial expressions. Through this process, I have learned that if taken right, the photo will tell the story for you!
Pictured above is Center Hill Assistant Principal, Brenda Case hanging ornaments at the annual Christmas tree decorating event. Hosted by student council in which I am actively involved in.
