CHCF alumni have the opportunity and drive to make significant strides towards better health, access to care, human rights, environment, and more, but it's not always a straightforward path! This keynote is a reminder of how to apply your leadership skills and knowledge to make decisions that align with your passions.
12:30pm-2:00pm: Mental Health Panel
Access to mental services is a major challenge in health care. This panel will share different approaches to addressing access to mental health services, including discussing provider shortage, mental health for youth, and peer providers. Panelists will share their personal motivations for working in this area and how policy changes can positively impact on how care is delivered.

A panel of alumni will share their work, vision, and leadership journey that made their CHIPs successfully scale beyond the original concept.

There's no question that these topics impact health care. Panelists will share reflections on the topics as a social justice and equity issue in health care, their personal motivations for working in these areas, and what alumni can do to advocate for issues they care about.
