If you saw my video on how this page came to be, then you already know. But for those of you who may have missed it and want to know - here's the story:
I really do appreciate your love and support.
Love you bunches. - Miss Amy
So, Fun Fact... Wait, What Was It Again?- Autographed
Want an autographed copy of "So, Fun Fact"? Well here's your chance.
I'm selling autographed copies for two reasons -
#1 - I love being able to put a little personalization inside the front cover to show my appreciation.
# 2 - The extra little bit of money goes towards future books. For things like Artwork and ISBNs.
Full disclosure - I have about 25 books that were printed prior to the final artwork change being uploaded by mistake. The changes are minor but I thought you should know. So I will be using these one offs (or 25 offs if you will) first. If you absolutely want the new artwork, let me know in your email.
Please remember a few things when ordering this. You'll need to send me an email after you place your order to let me know a few details like who I'm signing it for and if there is anything special you want me to say. Please keep it PG rated 😂. You know who I'm talking to.
Also, include the receipt info and mailing address in your email so I make sure I get it to the right place. As soon as I get it in the mail to you, I'll send you the tracking number. That way we both know when it gets there.
The other thing you need to remember is that this is non-refundable because it is personalized. So, I'm going to give you 48 hours from the time you order to change your mind. Yes, this does delay things a little bit but I figure it's the fairest way to handle things. I also only head to the post office a couple times a week. So, if this is something you need me to put a rush on (say for a last minute birthday gift), let me know in your email. I'll gladly take a special trip to the post office.
The last thing is that this is only for my friends and family here in the States. If you are one of my friends who lives in another country, please reach out to me. It'll take a bit more paperwork and some more postage, but I'll do my best to get you a signed copy too.
Well, that's it. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you again for your love an support. It really does mean a lot to me.
Love ya bunches - Miss Amy
PS - If you are planning on buying more than one book, please send me an email first. That way I can save you on the shipping costs.
*Shipping is $10.85 based on flat rate mailers from the post office. This was the best rate I could come up with that also allows me to track your package.

I Want to Go Home
Abby just wants to go home.
She’s cold.
She’s scared.
And no one will help her.
As the sky gets darker, Abby walks the streets, but something feels… different. Why won’t anyone stop? Why doesn’t anyone help her?
This spooky, easy-to-read story will give young readers chills—in the best way.
A ghost story written for beginning readers who love a little scare with their stories. Simple words. Short sentences. Big suspense.
Perfect for fans of Goosebumps—at a Biscuit-level read!
This story and others in the series are based on the old tales told around campfires for generations updated for a new generation. Written under the name Shalon DeDiablo as a way to say thank you to my little sister who would sit on the front porch steps late at night asking for just one more scary story.
The idea behind this story started when I was working in an elementary school library. There were students who absolutely wanted to read Goosebumps and other scary chapter books but the teachers wanted them to read at their reading level which was more Biscuit or Dr. Suess. So I wrote these books with them in mind.
The fun part is English learners in other countries have actually taken up reading them. I understand why. When the choice is a scary story or a dog finding his tail.....Well, I would pick the scary story too.
Hope you enjoy. Also, feel free to share with me your favorite scary story. If it's not on my list for the series yet, I will definitely add it.
