How Access Works
Log in to your Chase online account or mobile app.
Navigate to the Ultimate Rewards dashboard.
Select the option to enter the Chase Travel portal, powered by Expedia.
Note: If your card does not earn Ultimate Rewards points, the Chase Travel portal option will not be visible.
Key Points About Booking and Redemption
Redemption value:
Sapphire Reserve®: Points are worth 1.5 cents each when booking through the portal.
Sapphire Preferred®: Points are worth 1.25 cents each.
Other Ultimate Rewards cards: Default value is 1 cent per point, unless points are transferred to a premium card account.
Payment flexibility: You can pay entirely with points, with cash, or a combination of points + cash for added flexibility.
