Can I Access Chase Travel Through Ultimate Rewards?

To use the Chase Travel portal, you must log in to your Chase account and access it via an eligible Ultimate Rewards® card. Follow these steps:

Step‑by‑Step Access 

1. Log in to Chase.com

   • Sign in using your Chase username and password.

2. Select Your Ultimate Rewards Card

   • Choose a card that earns Ultimate Rewards points, such as Sapphire Preferred®, Sapphire Reserve®, or Ink Business Preferred®.

3. Open the Ultimate Rewards Dashboard

   • Click on “Redeem” or “Go to Ultimate Rewards” to access your points dashboard.

4. Enter the Travel Portal

   • From the dashboard, select Travel. This will open the Chase Travel portal, powered by Expedia.

5. Start Booking

   • Search and book flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, and experiences.

   • Choose to pay with points, cash, or a combination of both for flexibility.

Key Notes 

• Only Chase cardholders with Ultimate Rewards‑earning cards can access the travel portal.

• Sapphire Reserve® cardholders receive the highest redemption value, with points worth 1.5¢ each.

• Sapphire Preferred® points are worth 1.25¢ each, while most other eligible cards default to 1¢ per point.
