Critical thinking develops their brains and allows for them to start questioning things they're curious about. Students become able to discuss things they disgree with, formulate their own opinions, etc. They're able to use this skill both inside and outside the classroom, thinking over things more carefully instead of accepting them at face value.
In this science lesson students learned about Light Refraction, the "why" and "how" behind it and the way it works through different properties. Included in this lesson are images and a Spanish vocabulary list to support our students with dyslexia and our emerging Spanish speakers.
