It is with great delight that I write this recommendation for Dr. Charlene Winley. Previously from afar, I watched Charlene operate from a 'spirit of excellence' in various roles and responsibilities. When I moved up from Vice President to President of the local NAACP branch, I knew I wanted her to contribute her talents to the branch in some manner. I was tickled when she accepted my request to serve as Vice President. Since that acceptance, Charlene has been a knowledgeable, tireless, dependable, and genuine leader whose passion for people permeates the atmosphere that she enters. I am proud to have her on my leadership team.
