I’ve had the joy and satisfaction of supporting the Daughter’s of Life in their community service efforts. This newly formed organization has the right idea when it comes to "paying it forward". I have personally witness the enthusiasm, loving spirit and growth of this group. The dedication of these women is to be commended while they’re not looking for recognition they certainly deserve it.

I have known Denise Britt and Janice Dildy for over 15 years as a customer of Hair Fantasy, neighbor and friend. During that time have support many of their outreach efforts to help those less fortunate, from domestic violence support, to building self-esteem, to filling a need whether its food, clothing or housing. These women have been tirelessly in their efforts to make the world a better place.

The Daughter’s of Life are making a difference in our community one family at a time. We need more committed groups like this one, serving the South Hampton Roads area. I highly recommend and support the efforts of this organization and I hope you will consider giving your support as well. -Tammi

Through the partnerships of many organizations in the Hampton Roads area, Daughters of Life was able to support children and their families via Back to School Drive, Operation Wish List, sponsor and transport over 125 children to Union Mission weeklong sleep away camp. Additionally, we held monthly workshops to empower and equip parents with job seeking skills, finance and taxes, health and nutrition, coping with grief and depression as well as academic support for their child.
