About Dr. Winley

Charlene D. Winley's educational career expands over two decades and in three school divisions. She has experiences as a classroom teacher in grades K-6, instructional technology resource teacher, math interventionist, and a priority school process manager. Additionally, she served the community as a Home Instructional Program Preschool Youngsters (H.I.P.P.Y).) Coordinator in a large urban school, teaching parents of children, ages three-five, strategies to educate their children at home. She founded the non-profit, Daughters of Life Corporation, which partners with local schools and community organizations to meet the needs and welfare of families and children.

Dr. Winley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from State University New York at StonyBrook. She completed her Master of Arts in Human Cognition, Learning, and Development at Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. She holds a postgraduate professional certification as a life-coach and completed an endorsement in Administration and Supervision through Longwood University in 2020.
