Eye of Intelligence

Eye of intelligence are the Covert-Intelligence Agents of the Chaos insurgency. 

• The eye of Intelligence are the covert operations unit of CI. Please respect their roleplay.

• Their code names are not redacted, and you may refer to them as that in base.

• Do not follow EOI agents.

• Do not ask what EOI can do.

• Do not ask how to join EOI.

• EOI have kill authority for the purposes of maintaining their cover or when someone is trespassing the redacted wing. Use of this authority outside for those reasons is punishable.

• EOI may kill non-combatants with a specific reason. If they are near JCMD+ during an assassination attempt.
  The limits of the amount are the following :
  [ JCMD - SCMD ] = 3
  [ HCMD - SA ] = 5
  [ O5 - Ethics ] = 8
  ( These numbers include combatants and non-combatants, and may not exceed this unless in self defense. )

• EOI have priority for onsite interrogations & Agency related interrogations, all other interros should be handed off to an R&D unless otherwise stated.
