The Professional Growth Plan (PGP) documents my development as a doctoral candidate in Educational Technology Leadership. It outlines my leadership philosophy, research agenda, professional goals, and long-term vision while reflecting on the experiences that have shaped my growth as an educator, researcher, and leader.
