ChallengeUSA Rules Summit

REGISTRATION

Advisors are invited to participate in our "next steps" in the process of finally aligning our Supermileage and Electrathon rules into ONE BOOK! We have been talking about this for years, and have finally taken the steps to move forward. This past summer, a few board members did a deep dive and got a started document for combined rules. They identified numerous larger topic rules that will need discussion from our teams. The CUSA Board agrees this is the next step.

Saturday, December 6th, 2025

TIME - 9am - 4pm @ Hamilton High School, Sussex, WI   (MAP COMING SOON)

Advisors are encouraged to come participate (with open minds and willingness to work towards a stronger future). We know we can not please  everyone with a combined set of rule changes - but we want to do our best to keep CUSA safe and growing for the future...

FOOD - A Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be provided by CUSA.

HOTEL  - Advisors coming over 2 hours away may request a hotel room be reserved. CUSA will reserve 2 people / room OR you can pay for the other 1/2 of the room if you want a room to yourself. (Friday night only)

(i.e., Advisor from school A would be rooming with Advisor from school B, Those details can get worked out with Lauri Domer)

TRAVEL - no mileage is being offered, we hope you believe in this cause.

CARS (SMV/EV) - We want a dozen Supermileage and Electrathon cars on site as well so we can look at them as example cars!!! So bring a car if  able. Doors will open 8am at Hamilton HS if you can arrive early to unload your car(s) into the shop.

COST - no cost to attend

NEXT STEPS...

The plan is to: 

1) Finalize a draft of the combined rules on December 5th with the advisors.

2) Clean those rules up into a presentable document and have them available early March. 

3)  Late March, we will clean up again as needed, 

4) Have them ready for review again at the Spring ChallengeUSA Events. After this final review - they will be cleaned up and ready to begin as the new rules for the 2027 Season!!! (Fall 2026 event is always a part of the Spring 2026 season)
