OUR LAST SAME DAY BOOKING FOR COLLECTION / DELIVERY IS 4PM FOR PARCELS / PACKAGES, BUT WE WON'T FINISH UNTIL LAST PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, USUALLY AROUND 7PM

LETTERS, PARCELS & PACKAGES STORED SAFELY WITHIN CARGO TRAILER

NO POSTAGE LABLE NEEDED, YOU CAN ADD A RECEIPT WITH CUSTOMER NAME ON PACKAGE OR ADDRESS LABEL IF YOU PREFER, IDEALLY IF YOU ARE SENDING MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE

PROOF OF DELIVERY WILL BE RECORDED FOR ALL SIZE PACKAGES WE DELIVER FOR YOU

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS - Please note that, we will try our best to deliver your package to your customer that same day, with sending your customer an sms link with real time live tracking and if we need we can contact your customer if no one is at home to arrange a safe place to leave the package or leave with a neighbor, if all attempts do fail, we will send an sms message to your customer to let them know we will try delivery attempt the following morning between 8am - 9am and your customer can send an sms message back for any further instructions, if that also fails, we will return the package back to you and refund the costs back to you
