How It Works

We have made this process as simple as possible so its fast and easy to book an collection

BOOKING FORM

The booking form is pretty easy to fill in, all you need to do is add

Your Name

Your Email Address

Your Pick Up Name / Business Name

Your Phone Number (not required)

Your Collection Address With Post Code

Your Customer Delivery Phone Number

Your Customer Name & Delivery Address With Post Code

CLICK SUBMIT / BOOKING COMPLETED

Your Email (your email is used for final delivery confirmation with proof of delivery)

Your Phone Number (is not required)

Customer Phone Number (is used to send a sms message with a link to your customer so they can track their order from collection to delivery with a real time live map & real time ETA, I will also only use your customer phone number if I need to contact them to complete delivery)

HOW TO PAY

CASH OR BACS

To keep prices low at £2.50 per package, I will accept Cash Upon Collection or BACS (payment via online banking), If I added PayPal option I would need to charge £3.50 for collection, but I want the price to stay low all year round, specially now where prices are rising, I want to help you keep as much of your hard earned profit than spending on high cost couriers or payment fees

Discount prices also offered for regular collection / deliveries

ORDER BOOKED

Our rider gets your order details within a few moments on our rider app of you submitting the details

This provides details of your collection address and your customers address with navigation option to find your store / address as well as your customers address

When the rider arrives to collect and is ready to go and deliver, they will click Marked As Picked Up

DELIVERING ORDER

This part of our rider app also has the navigation option to allow our rider to find your customers address with ease

We can also call or send a text to the customer to let them know we are on the way, your customer will also receive a tracking link via sms as soon as our rider has clicked Picked Up

PROOF OF DELIVERY

There is two proof of deliveries we will use

1 Signature upon delivery

or 2 Photo Proof Of Delivery

We will normally go to photo proof of delivery and take a photo of the goods at the door, as soon as the customer has collected our rider will mark as completed

You will get a final email with proof of delivery
