Chainlynx Deliveries is a all new local delivery service set up in March 2020 for that last mile courier service and now we offer to all local food establishments, shops, local community, facebook marketplace, local businesses to offer a reliable service for All within the Flintshire area zone, to get low cost, fast, friendly  and reliable delivery service for you and your customers

Many (if not all) food establishments, shops and businesses will already have their own websites in place but maybe still depending on JustEats / Deliveroo to deliver or they deliver the food themselves or only offer local pick up, Our service is for you to save money and get a reliable collection and delivery service for you and your customers 5 days a week

YES, if you have your own system in place or not and only if your sending 10 or more packages a day, then I will collect and deliver for you and make your deliveries priority over other deliveries, the charge is still the same at £2.50 per delivery, all I ask, is that you have each delivery in order of location, you do not need to book a collection on our booking form, but you can use paper notes, or your own tracking system or ours

No, you don't need an address label, but you can write the customer order number on the package, if no order number then just write your customer name on the package or use a receipt with address and name of your customer, this will be ideal if multiple collections / drop offs at that same time,

Yes, if you need our API Key then please contact us as this allows all stores / businesses / restaurants to send orders for collections and deliveries quickly and easily to us

Book between Monday to Friday between 8am - 2pm for that same day collection with same day delivery within the local zone, please be advised that, any collections or deliveries outside the zone area as shown will be rejected, I have tried to keep the zone at a decent area to cover as well as easier to get to each place, my working hours is 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday,  no collection on Saturday or Sunday (unless agreed) 

Yes, Bank holiday Mondays our hours are between 8am - 2pm, Christmas Eve our hours are 8am - 1pm, New Years Eve our hours are 88am - 1pm, I will collect and deliver 5 days a week all year round apart from Christmas Day, only Christmas Day evening collection and delivery will take place

Costs are still the same set at £2.50 per for bank holidays, ONLY Christmas Day & New Years Eve / Day I won't collect

Yes, I have food thermal bags with my bike which will keep all hot food hot upon delivery and as at this time, I will collect and delivery between Mold / Chester, Deeside / Buckley, this service is simply for your establishment that wishes to use a local cheaper delivery option than Deliveroo or Just Eat, Cash Upon Collection or Pay By Bacs and still only £2.50 per delivery

Method Of Payment You Would Like To Pay For Your Booking

When you have emailed, I will then add each address for booking and personally email you back with confirmation of your booking, this may take about 15 minuets, if you select cash upon collection, please have correct money for the collection as I will not carry change with me sorry, if you have selected pay by bacs, simply go to the booking form and select Pay By Bacs, 

Please note, I am self employed and want to keep prices to save you money on each local delivery, this means, cutting out the middle man that would add fees to the price

This will depend on time and area of your booking, if I am in the area and you book after the cut off time, I may still arrive to collect, but, if I am not able to collect due to being in another area then your booking will be added to next working day collection

I will make every effort to deliver your customers order quickly, if there is no answer at the door, no reply by phone, no answer by phone within 15 minuets upon arrival, then the order will be marked as undelivered, I will then return the order back to you and you will be issued a full refund for that failed delivery order

Yes of course I can, if you do not require the tracking from us but you already have your own system in place, I can still collect and delivery for you

Yes, for local collection / local deliveries, if you are sending more than one package or even 50 packages all for local delivery, they will still be delivered that same day as collection has taken place, only thing I ask from you, is that, I may not be able to deliver all packages within the hour time from collection specially with 10 or more packages to deliver for you, this may take a few hours longer so if that is fine with you, then thats fine with me

Collection will be within the hour after booking 7 days a week within opening times, (after payment has been received) delivery will be straight after collection, due to the collection / delivery zone, if you would like an ETA on collection after booking then please send me an message to 07936764049  and I will contact you back with real time ETA

Yes, with there mobile phone number you provide us on the booking form will be used to send a sms text message to let the customer know we have their order and are on the way to them, this message also provide a link to a Real Time Live Tracking Map with real time ETA of delivery depending on other deliveries being made

NONE, I believe that, £2.50 for a same day collection / delivery is more than fair, helping you keep your hard earned profit where it matters the most, there are other bike couriers within England that charge £7 or more for this type of service, even JustEat / Deliveroo charge more than £4.50 to the businesses, I don't want Chainlynx to be like that, its not always about profit, it can easily be about just providing a honest reliable service for the local community and businesses that they can rely, yes it maybe a cheap courier service but, being cheap means, getting more bookings which in the long run is good business

Normally, No, but if the weather is so bad for example, snowed in with roads and shops struggling to stay open, I doubt your establishment will be open as well, the snow will only be the weather that will disrupt services and shops from opening or closing earlier than normal, I will still collect and deliver as long as your shop is open but this also depends on how safe the roads are at that time, if the roads have been treated and cleared then yes service will still continue, Rain and wind will not effect our service to you

Areas we will collect and deliver outside Chester Zone are, Buckley, Mold, Deeside, Flint, Ewloe and a few other areas around this zone, any frther then sorry, I can not come and collect, if your in Wrexham, please contact me as if enough Businesses in Wrexham want to use my service then I will add this as an option

To offer PayPal as an option for payment, I need to add fees to the costs and would bring the cost for this service at £3.70, to counter these fees and offer you a cheaper service and cut out the middle man, £2.50 I feel is more than fair than £4.50 per delivery, if you want to pay via PayPal then please let me know and I will add it as an payment option, but, it won't be £2.50 per delivery but will be £3.70 per package to cover the costs of fees occurred with PayPal
