PROOF OF DELIVERY PDF FILE will be sent to your email address when delivery has been completed

HOW IT WORKS?

• Enter Your Name

• Enter Your Email Address

• Enter Pick Up Name, Your Name or Business Name

• Enter Your Phone Number (if I need to contact you regarding delivery, but not required)

• Enter Your Pick Up / Collection Address With Post Code

• Enter Customer Delivery Phone Number (for live tracking link to be sent to your customer and or if I need to contact them regarding delivery)

• Enter Delivery Customer Name & Address Including Post Code

• Delivery Time Only Change This If The Customer Wants A Later Delivery Than The Normal 1 Hour Time Slot

• Order Details Is For Any Special / Extra Instructions, Leave Blank If None

COLLECTION TIME

Collection will take place between 15-60 minuets after paying for your booking, delivery will take place straight after collection

PAY FOR YOUR ORDER BY CASH OR BACS

• CASH - Select Pay By Cash Upon Collection to send an email to me so I know this is your payment method, just provide your collection address and that you will pay by Cash upon collection

If you have regular collections and pay by cash upon collection, you will only need to email me once, any collections after this I will know this is your chosen method of payment

• BACS - Select Pay By BACS to use online banking to pay for your collection

If paying for multi packages you can complete all booking addresses first and pay for all in one payment

OUR BOOKING COLLECTION / DELIVERY TIMES

• Monday to Friday 8am - 2pm

Monday to Friday by 2pm means, you can book up until 2pm for same day collection / same day delivery
