Title: Evaluation of orientation dependent tensile properties, flow curves and Hill's Parameters for modelling Pressure tube behavior at different strains, strain rates and elevated temperatures

Key Research Focus:• Orientation-dependent tensile properties of Zr-2.5Nb pressure tube material• Flow curves at multiple temperatures (25-800°C) and strain rates• Hill's anisotropic parameters for material modeling• Advanced characterization using Digital Image Correlation (DIC)
Testing Methodology:• Miniature tensile specimens with multiple orientations (Axial, Transverse, Axial-Transverse, Radial)• Ring tensile tests for studying specimen geometry effects• High-temperature shear testing (up to 800°C)• ~153 specimens total with multiaxial strain measurement
Key Deliverables:• Comprehensive material property database for Zr-2.5Nb alloy• Anisotropic constitutive material models• Validated FEM subroutines for Abaqus implementation• Technical reports and publications
