Referral Opportunities

What it is and why we do it

At Chick-fil-A, we are always looking to add great talent to our restaurant and to our team. If you know anyone that would be a great fit for the team, please let them know we're always hiring! 

The reason that we provide opportunities for referral bonuses is because we have found that our best way to recruit serious and committed Team Members is through our Team Members that currently work for us! It also helps us create a more friendly environment by not only allowing you to build friendships at work and work with your friends, but we actually encourage it and will pay you for it!  

As of February 6th, a new referral bonus was instituted to help provide greater motivation and incentive towards provide a solution to our staffing dilemma. This referral bonus incentive will be in effect until April 30th. We will announce whether we are making a new referral bonus structer or if we are keeping our current structure by May 1st.

How it works

If any Team Members personally refer friends, family or fantastic workers and they are hired, we will award a $100 bonus after the first week of training and then another $100 after 3 months of employment. 

In order to be eligible, you both must be working in the restaurant in order to receive the bonus. If you refer someone and you leave before they reach the qualifying time frame, you will no longer be eligible and will not receive the bonus.

How to refer a friend

Simply provide them this link https://zippyapp.com/biz/cfa-03633 and have them complete an application. Upon receiving the application, we will email a questionnaire that will provide them the opportunity to tell us about themselves and why they are good fit. The questionnaire will also ask them specifically if they were referred to work here by someone and that is where they should include your name.

Who can you refer?

The intent behind the referral bonus is for you to provide a recommendation for someone to work here based upon your reputation and suggestion. This does not mean that you may refer someone you just met and have them use their name to apply. Again, this is for you to personally refer someone that you know well and believe would be a great fit for the restaurant.

Anyone that you would stake your reputation on and say that they would be great! This includes, but is not limited to:

• Friends

• Family Members

• Individuals that you have seen in work settings that you believe are humble, hungry and smart. (Fantastic workers)
