Will grew up as the youngest of five children in Rockaway, New Jersey, and currently lives just miles from his childhood home in Newfoundland with his wife and best friend, Sarah. Outside of work, Will is very active and enjoys activities like volleyball, swimming, bouldering and frisbee and has dreams to one day compete on American Ninja Warrior. 

He has served as a youth leader for over 5 years at Green Pond Bible Chapel. He loves to share with the youth the hope, joy and peace that is found in God through the sacrificial and subsitutionary death of Jesus Christ for those that repent of their rebellion towards God and failure to recognize Him as their Creator and accept their need of a Savior.  

A major aspiration of his is to become a Chick-fil-A Operator because of the additional opportunities it presents to help others reach their potential and impact their communities. 

Will enjoys continuously investing in others and his favorite part of the job is watching team members accomplish their goals and he is always eager to share his wisdom (and book recommendations) with those around him.
