Kaltura is a web-based video management platform that allows for the upload, editing, managing, and sharing of videos and other media. Kaltura can be accessed directly from within the Moodle toolbar and provides automatic transcription for the easy creation of accessible videos.

Use Express (in Moodle) for videos you do not plan on reusing, like feedback or video announcements. Use the cloud (web) site to store your videos in MyMedia to place in future courses or to edit your videos.
