Article 10 : Tout équipement doit être identifié par le fabriquant et comporter l'indication du modèle, lot ou numéro de série, ainsi que l'identité du fabriquant. Article 8.- Les équipements agréés doivent comporter visiblement les informations suivantes :
- le numéro d'agrément de l'Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications et des Postes; la marque et le type de l'appareil ;
- le numéro de série. Le marquage de l'équipement suit le prototype figurant à l'annexe II de la présente décision.
Article 8.- The approved equipment must visibly include the following information:
- the approval number of the Telecommunications and Post Regulatory Authority; the make and type of the device.
- the serial number. The marking of the equipment follows the prototype set out in Annex II to this Decision.
Article 9.- L'agrément des équipements de série n'est pas autorisé. Ils sont soumis à l'agrément d'équipement radioélectrique standard.
Article 9.- Approval of standard equipment is not authorized. They are subject to the approval of standard radio equipment.
