If you choose to make a pendant that requires a piercing, you must keep in mind how close to the edge you make your hole.
Clay needs to be thin enough that the pendant is wearable and functional
If the piercing is too close to the edge of your thin clay, it may break.
Make the holes big enough for a metal ring, cord, or string to pass through!
