Organisation, Vigilance & Disaster Management Committee

The Committee shall be responsible for overseeing and strengthening the organisational affairs of the Association, ensuring effective coordination, discipline, and smooth execution of its programmes and activities. It shall play a key role in planning, organising, and managing large-scale events, meetings, tours, and other organisational engagements of the CYCA, and shall render necessary logistical and operational support to ensure their successful conduct.

Further, the Committee shall undertake vigilance measures in the interest of maintaining peace, discipline, and law and order within the community, in coordination with and by extending support to the appropriate authorities whenever required. It shall also remain alert to situations of disaster or calamity, and shall take timely initiatives to assess, respond to, and mitigate such challenges through relief, coordination, and community support efforts.

The Organisation, Vigilance & Disaster Management Committee comprises the following members:

Under the aforesaid Committee, the following Executive Members (EMs) have been entrusted with the responsibility of discharging their duties within their respective jurisdictions where they reside and operate. They shall be responsible for monitoring local developments, extending necessary support during organisational activities, and reporting relevant matters to the CYCA for appropriate action.

The members shall contribute to the overall efficiency, coordination, and outreach of the Association.
