Media & Publication Committee

  The Committee shall be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all media and publication-related activities of the CYCA. Its primary mandate shall include the regular publication of the CYCA Newsletter, as well as the systematic collection, compilation, documentation, and preservation of reports, records, and information pertaining to the activities, programmes, and engagements of the Association. The Committee shall also oversee the dissemination of verified information to the public through appropriate channels, including print, digital, and social media platforms, with a view to enhancing the visibility, transparency, and outreach of the Association. It shall ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all communications, while maintaining proper archival records for future reference.

  Further, the Committee may undertake initiatives such as preparing press releases, developing publications, documenting significant events, and promoting the image and objectives of the CYCA in a responsible and professional manner.
