Classical education is a time-tested approach that focuses on teaching children how to learn—not just what to learn. It follows the natural stages of child development, known as the trivium:
In the grammar stage (Foundations and Essentials), young students are great at memorizing, so we give them rich content to store in their minds and hearts.
In the dialectic stage (Challenge A & B), students start asking questions and thinking critically, learning how to reason and make connections.
In the rhetoric stage (Challenge I–IV), they begin expressing their ideas clearly and persuasively, building on all they've learned.
Each stage builds on the last, allowing students to grow in knowledge, wisdom, and skill in a way that feels natural and deeply rewarding.

At Central Bell CC, we believe that all truth belongs to God. Every subject—from math to literature to science—is taught through a biblical worldview, helping students see how everything connects back to the Creator.
We seek not only academic excellence but also spiritual formation, as students grow in their understanding of God’s Word, His world, and their unique calling within it.

Homeschooling doesn’t have to be lonely. In fact, we believe it shouldn’t be! In CC, parents and students come together once a week to learn in a local community of like-minded families. Parents are supported and equipped, students build friendships and practice their skills, and everyone is encouraged in their walk with Christ. Community days provide structure, accountability, and connection—because we were never meant to do this alone.
